Ab Jam on Demand

I don't believe it myself but I found an ab workout where I actually don't feel the need to yell at the instructor. Oh sure, I still talk to her a bit, but she is very supportive and when I want to give up she tells me to hang in there and that its really going to pay off because I'll have fantastic abs! For some reason, instead of irritating the hell out of me she is actually believable!

Now thats the kind of encouragement a girl needs.

Of course there is this girl in the back row that has very bizarre abs. She is as white as a ghost and she seems to have a lot of extra skin sliding around over her muscles. They only flash to her once or twice but it freaks me out a bit. Daddy, I do NOT want abs (a boat) like this! BEURK!
