Slim is the new Fat!

I've decided that I'm fat.

Well, too fat. I've always been a bit fat, but now its getting out of control. And the area that is really out of control is my middle. Ugh.

So, I went out today and bought a floor mat so I can start doing some exercise at home since Comcast has ExerciseTV with on demand workouts!

Earlier this afternoon I did my first 30 minute pilates for abs workout and it was great.

I'm now drinking a kir and waiting for my artichoke to finish cooking.

Perhaps I'll have to do a 10 minute quick workout later tonight to balance things out. ;)

If slim is the new fat then I'm obese. Lay off the Guinness and stick to red wine.

Oh...a little exercise does help. I've been running a few miles every night hoping to get back to simply fat.

Hello, I know what you mean because summer season is almost here and I can't seem to drop the last 10 pounds!!!! My husband suggested we diet together (easier with his support- so sweet) and now we are both abstaining from chocolate, bread, rice, cheese, sugary sweets and the BAD fats... (I am a vegetarian anyways- I should be young French woman slim- but I am NOT!!!!) hahahaha... Good luck and do that ab. work... We can make this a group effort... : ) Good luck! Leesa
