I just took the trash out and noticed that a guy in the apartments next to me is barbecuing.

Hey Emily.... You sound a little "annoyed" (?) that you could HAVE a neighbor who WOULD BBQ in winter. Remember....up HERE you had to keep your BBQ ready in case the power wa out for a week so you could still enjoy a lovely Steak....or hot dog, or something like that, eh? I loved your post.
